Objective

Hearst Television looked to Adrenaline to co-develop, produce and execute a hidden gem food series for the southeast market. The project needed to be propulsive, packed with personality, and structured in self-contained segments that would be easily digestible in a social format.

Solution

Adrenaline sourced and interviewed dozens of local personalities and influencers to discover our host, local foodie and hyper-local expert Brendan O’Connor. Once the central anchor of the show had been secured, our team identified the city’s most underrated, overlooked restaurants- scouting and vetting hundreds while utilizing our host’s industry know-how. With a nimble crew and airtight production schedule, the team was able to capture two complete segments per day. In post, Adrenaline worked hand-in-hand with the Hearst team to fine-tune a bingeable and engaging format.
