Small lightweight drones or UAVs are now a common site on many video productions. These small aircraft provide amazing camera angles and camera movement that really standout and raise the production value of almost any project. Drones are actually providing much better angles and closer perspectives than traditional helicopter/aerial platforms that were used in the past and at a fraction of the cost. Now that the FAA has released its new drone regulations in part 107, Adrenaline Films is ready to take to the skies with fully certified operators and appropriate insurances in place. Make sure the drone you hire is owned and operated by a company that takes safety and preparation as serious as they do creativity.

GREENSCREEN

Green Screen, Blue Screen, Ultimatte or Chroma Key, they all mean basically the same thing– shooting a subject over a primary color like Green or Blue to then be superimposed or composited over a background plate or graphic created at a different time. Regardless of the specific technology that is used to create a composite, the initial shooting sequence needs to be shot with tight control on lighting, quality of backing and camera perspectives. There are many uses for effects shots that incorporate color screen composites; whether you want to key a background for a simple interview, or place an actor in a virtual environment– Adrenaline has the gear and expertise to make your green screen shoot a success.

Adrenaline Films has been booming camera’s around the Central Florida Video Production world since 2002! Our primary camera jib is the Stanton Jimmy Jib Super Plus which has an arm length capable of reaching from 9′ to 24′, and the arm can accommodate up to a 50lbs camera package. Our Jimmy Jib is easily stashed away in a portable trailer to make it logistically simpler for those on location shoots! For the smaller production shoots that could use a little extra production value we also have our Losmandy Standard Porta-Jib with an arm length of 6ft. From production shoots in theme parks, concerts, hospitals, conventions to rolling in on golf courses and even boats Adrenaline Films has multiple operators with the combined working experience that will put you and all your production worries at ease!

TIMELAPSE

Time-lapse photography is something we see almost every day on television programing, news casts and web videos. It allows us to the see the slow progression of a process like the construction of a building or the great shapes and patterns of clouds going over our heads as a short interesting video sequence that can compress days into seconds. While some sequences are acquired over the course of a couple hours, other take months to acquire. Adrenaline Films owns all the gear to shoot your next time-lapse project including long duration projects using our water proof enclosures equipped with solar panels. We can also shoot time-lapse sequences with camera movement such as dolly moves, pans and tilts. Because time-lapse often takes a lot of time to set up and acquire images, it is vitally important that you choose the right team to manage and produce these images.

UNDERWATER

The underwater world can be one of the most colorful and beautiful environments on earth, that is why producers and directors often use elements of underwater shooting in their programing. While it is beautiful, it is also one of the most difficult place to work and especially difficult to film in. STEADICAM/RONIN

For over 100 years film makers have been using camera movement to help make their stories more interesting to watch. Adrenaline Films owns and operates both Steadicam and Brushless gimbal systems like the DJI Ronin. Both of these systems have their own place in a particular production– while the Steadicam is the right tool for many productions it takes time to set up and tune. The brushless systems tend to be faster to set up for that quick shot but the operator is often limited by their physical endurance of holding the rig.
